At Fit Mindful Mavens, our team is led by Anca P. Trifan, WMEP the founder & CEO of Tree-Fan Events LLC and an acclaimed fitness coach and bodybuilder with three first-placements in the Bikini and Wellness categories, as well as two 2nd place awards in several Natural Bodybuilding Competitions in 2021 & 2023.

Aside from her business acumen and fitness accomplishments, Anca’s professional background as an Event Planner and Producer includes significant achievements like the 2023 Smart Meetings Catalyst Quantum Leap Award and the 2023 Smart Woman in Meetings Award. She is also a celebrated natural bodybuilding competitor, clinching first place in prestigious contests.

Complementing her is Aaron Neel, blending a rich background in EMS, law enforcement, and military service with an extensive study in martial arts to offer a deep, practical understanding of the human body's capabilities. Specializing in preparing clients for Physical Fitness Assessments across military, LE, and EMS sectors, he balances a dedicated career in Fire and EMS while progressing in medical studies. His approach to training is as diverse as it is effective, ranging from physique and strongman disciplines to practical strength, utilizing everything from state-of-the-art fitness centers to the natural environment.

Certified by NCCPT and enriched by experiences in Wing Chun Kung Fu and Krav Maga, he offers a unique blend of physical training and mental fortitude development.
